Is there a free tier or trial?
No. Navigate is sold as an annual agency plan. We do offer a paid 90-day Launch Pilot for qualified workforce boards.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on the number of participant seats and the level of reporting, customization, and support your program needs.
How do organization plans work?
Plans are sales-assisted. Submit an inquiry and we'll scope participants, onboarding, and a custom agreement for your board.
Can we add seats mid-contract?
Yes. Seats can be added at any point in your term and are prorated to your renewal date.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final and subscription payments are non-refundable. You'll keep access through the end of your contract term.
Our claims policy
Navigate is early in its institutional rollout, so we hold our own marketing to the same standard we ask buyers to hold every vendor to.
- We don't publish customer logos, testimonials or case studies we haven't earned. Anything phrased as a quote is labeled as our own commitment.
- Dashboards and reports shown on this site use sample data and are labeled as illustrative.
- ROI and budget figures are planning assumptions you can edit — not measured benchmarks from prior clients.
- We are not independently audited or certified (no SOC 2, FERPA or HIPAA attestation). We describe the controls that exist today and will review and sign your DPA or data-sharing agreement.
- Features are labeled "available now" or "scoped per contract" so nothing on the roadmap reads as shipped.
